We’re looking for a Programmatic Manager to help launch, oversee, and directly manage campaigns for a new programmatic division within the company. You’ll manage paid media campaigns across programmatic platforms, making optimizations and updates daily. Your complex and diverse portfolio of clients will be a mix industry, size and complexity that constantly challenge you, and with extensive experience and/or a proven track record, you could be working with some of our biggest brands. You’ll be trusted to oversee all account activity, collaborate with managers from other channels, and come up with campaign strategies for your book of clients.
Some of our current paid search clients include Bayer HealthCare, ONEHOPE Wine, Kendall College, Charming Charlie, and Papyrus, and you could be managing upwards of $500k a month in budget. You will work closely with our Paid Search and Strategy departments on some of the largest, high profile accounts as well as collaborate closely with our other service teams. Working with these departments of incredibly smart and motivated individuals will require a carpe diem outlook and enthusiastic dedication.
As one of the first few members in a new division, you will be given unique opportunities for growth within an established agency. Part of the role will include responsibilities developing our best practices, expanding partnerships, supporting sales and marketing and overall defining the structure of this new department. We are looking for a very motivated, self-starter that needs very little guidance or direction.
Bonuses and commissions are awarded based on individual performance, client up-sells, cross-channel sales, and hitting team goals.
